But as you know, in this sluggish market it is difficult to bet on any project bcz most of the projects are getting delayed by 1-5 yrs. So i am little bit confused on it that whether i will get my flat possession on time or not. Can you tell me which local body has approved this project and which all banks are offering loan for it?
You are right Tamal.... Even i have discussed on approval with their sales guy. As per them, DTCP has approved this project and all approvals are in place.
BOB, HDFC, Axis, LIC Housing Finance, SBI, Federal Bank, HSBC, Standard Chartered, Indiabulls etc. have approved this project for home loan.
