In my point of view, in year 2012 ,the average residential property price of this sector was 3700/sq-ft. In year 2013 it showed rapid improvement. And in year 2014 ,the price touched 7700/ sq-ft. Now you get a clear picture how the price is increasing . There has been about significant increase in price since year 2011. It is good for both long term investment as well as end use purpose.
In my point of view, many families started living here which means local community facilities have started taking shapes.
