Q: Hello Friends I am following this forum since quite a time now i had one really big confusion going on. I had a budget of 1 bhk which i wanted to invest in a project. I am confused between Lodha splendora and Rustom jee urbania. Which 1 to go for .. which project is coming up better and as an investment which 1 would be more profitable. Your views and points would be really appreciated.
The flats sizes are available in 720-1206 sq-ft. and it's price will be Rs. 50.34 lacs to Rs.84.33 lacs onward. This project is under construction and in full pace. It is expected that the date of possession will be near around December'2017.

All the approvals are in place and ready amenities like functional grand club house, grand landscape, grand spaces, grand security, grand sports facilities and grand features etc. 1/2BHK were available only for one day i.e. 17th January'2015 with a price range of Rs. 6993/sq-ft.
Lodha Splendora Codename Blockbuster will be the best option right now. Pre-launch of Codename Blockbuster is going on and the base rate has been fixed at Rs. 6993 psf. At this price point, the project is quite attractively priced.

Dunno about Rustomjee...but dealing with Lodha is like dealing with thugs. Their GM of customer care ajay shah is like a bouncer. They are stubborn and just don't care for customers. They have altered agreements completely to cover for their delays, omitting penalty clauses given in writing on their letter heads earlier. And yes we have a 2.5 year delay in possession. That too the building we booked in has not got environmental clearances yet and we had to compromise and shift to another tower.
Yes sandeep first of all thank you for the advice but i am hearing a lot of bad reviews for lodha splendora though it was my first choice but now i am really confused. and lodha being so far in the end of godhbandar rd. will it show good appreciation in the future ?
