please tell me what does it mean... B khata non converted. and how to rectify it.?

Q: i am about to purchase land in Sai Serenity, Seagahally, near old madras road, its b khata, not converted.. so, is there any problem purchasing the same? as well can i convert it to a khata after purchase?

after akrama sakrama open, can i convert it to A khata, after paying betterment charges?
as well, its not dc converted, so, then also it will be accepted for a khata in akrama sakrama..?

You should not buy B Khata property because it is not safe while applying for loan against it. No Bank provide housing loans on B Khata Property.

Hi Ravi, This means the property you have bought is a B khata property. Long time back government has stopped conversion of B khata to A Khata.
