As per my knowledge, this is a GNIDA approved project. This project Located on 60mtr wide road which is near by to proposed metro station . This project is 2 mins away from NH-24 & 5 mins from Sai Mandir. From connectivity point of view this location is well connected with other parts of the city. This affordable residential project is a good deal for those who wants to stay near to Noida & New Delhi.

excellent connectivity with all places of NCR, FNG will be an added connectivity feature of the project, Good construction quality. I booked my unit in Aug 2012, though slightly delayed possession but its OK to me, the have already started sending offer of possession. The only disappointment is poor customer care and poor or no response to customer's inquiry (who have already booked). I failed to check required documents, but so far have no regrades for this if they are handing over unit by Dec. 2016.
