I booked my unit in Aug 2012, though slightly delayed possession but its OK to me, the have already started sending offer of possession. The only disappointment is poor customer care and poor or no response to customer's inquiry (who have already booked). I failed to check required documents, but so far have no regret for this if they are handing over unit by Dec. 2016. Bank loan I have no idea as I have self financed. I took my check back from Gaur Sports city after comparing cost and benifit of two projects. Over all proved a good decision so far.
Hi, Recently, i visited Exotica site, i have looked there 3BHK+study flat in 1705 sq-ft. BSP is 3775 and after adding PLC it comes 3900 sq-ft. Could you please suggest me about this project? Is it good to invest here with such price. When is the possession date? what i see construction is on going and more than 50% has finished.
Hi Saras, This project (Exotica Dreamville) is good in terms of location, amenities, quality and floor plans. But the rate you are getting in too high. In secondary market you can easily get Rs.3300 - 3400/sq-ft. rate all Inclusive.
Hi Preeti, Recently, I bought 10th floor pool facing in same project with price Rs3775/ sq-ft all inclusive in subvention plan for top floor it rate should be Rs.3650 and this is podium based project with good construction quality.
Hi Akansh, Builder is good construction quality is good the only negative thing is bad layout plan tower are very close to each other, you can also consider Nirala Estate, Arihant Arden and Cherry County all these are giving possession within 3-4 months go and see all these projects before you finalize anything.
