I booked my unit in Aug 2012, though slightly delayed possession but its OK to me, the have already started sending offer of possession. The only disappointment is poor customer care and poor or no response to customer's inquiry (who have already booked). I failed to check required documents, but so far have no regret for this if they are handing over unit by Dec. 2016. Bank loan I have no idea as I have self financed. I took my check back from Gaur Sports city after comparing cost and benifit of two projects. Over all proved a good decision so far.

These are the required documents which every buyers should ask before buying property anywhere in India. For a under construction property, you should ask for, land record, land use type, latest receipt of tax payment, NOC from various govt. agencies such as Fire Fighting Dept., NOC from Environmental Dept., State Pollution Control Board, NOC from Wildlife board, NOC from Airport Authority etc., commencement certificate, building/layout plan approvals, master plan of the area, booking form, allotment letter, builder-buyer agreement etc.

I inquired about this project and the project is under construction and is expected to offer possession this year, as part of its phase-1. It's current price will be Rs. 3999/sq-ft. onwards. A 2BHK will cost to you Rs. 36.79 lacs onward whereas a 3BHK will cost you Rs. 68.18 lacs onward.
