Hi Gagan,
I inquired about this project and the project is under construction and is expected to offer possession this year, as part of its phase-1. It's current price will be Rs. 3999/sq-ft. onwards. A 2BHK will cost to you Rs. 36.79 lacs onward whereas a 3BHK will cost you Rs. 68.18 lacs onward.

What about project specification? As you know, builders are using very cheap quality material in their project and buyers have to face a lot of difficulties after possession. How is the developers' reputation in Delhi/NCR?
