Thank you Vivek so much for the information you have provided. What about the amenities offered in this project ? And which all banks have approvals for home loans ? Are they giving any discounts or negotiation..for this project ?

Project has amenities like Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, Recreation Facilities, 24Hr Backup, Maintenance Staff, Security, Club House, Rain Water Harvesting, Gymnasium, Community Hall, Lift, Coverd Car Parking, Water Treatment Plant etc.

Thanks dude for so much details. I m planning to visit the site next month.:) What was the launching price of this project ? If i am planning to buy for investment purpose..is it worth for investment ?

The launching price was Rs 4,000 . Okay good...you can go to the site and check the details from builder too. Be carefull about the documents and other formalities. According me i would say it will be good for investment..you can expect around 5 to 10 perc appreciation in next year..as the location is quiet good..:)

Hi Gurmeet, the starting price for 2bhk is around 40 lakhs and 3bhk is around 51 lakhs . When are you planning to buy and what is your budget ?

The price per sq ft would be around Rs 4,545. If you are planning to buy you should immediately go and book..because bookings are going on..so before getting sold out..you can go. The location is very good.

This project is raedy to move. The Project is located in Rajarhat. Within distance Between 0.5km to 2KM from the project we have Airport like Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport, . like Ultadanga, . Within distance less than 0.5km from the project we have like VIP Road, . Within distance Between 2km to 5KM from the project we have like Sector V, .
