Thank you Biswanath so much for the information you have provided. What about the amenities offered in this project ? And which all banks have approvals for home loans ? I hope there is water supply ! Are they giving any discounts or negotiation..for this project ?

Project has various amenities like Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, Recreation Facilities, 24Hr Backup, Security, Club House, Gymnasium, Indoor Games etc.. No discounts are available for currently for this project.

The expected possession date will be by December 2014. Currently 3bhk is available..The Project is located in New Town. Within 15KM from the project we have Airport like NSCB International Airport , 5km from the project we have Mall like City Centre II.

Hi Bijoy.. the price for 3bhk is around 79.96 lakhs. When are you planning to buy ? New Town is a good location..If you are planning for investment it would be good.

The price per sq ft would be around Rs 5,514. The area is around 1450-1617 sq ft for 3bhk. If you are planning to buy you should immediately go and book..because bookings are going on..so before getting sold out , you can go and book.
