Yes ..within 2-3 years the price will surely go up to Rs 8000 k ... because Kaushambi is a developed area.. moreover its an industrial area.. hence the appreciation will happen for two reason one for project and second for area :)

Hmmm i guess, i was also interested about the project and they are quoting price .. for down payment it is Rs 5700 per sq ft and for flexi payment Rs 6000 per sq ft. :)
