Just check if the society you are investing has a mandir with speaker in it or your neighbouring society as tomorrow neither a tenant will stay nor you will be able to. We are facing it. See for now there are no proper schools.You have to go raj nagar and Sanjay Nagar for schools and hospitals and malls.The area needs a huge development , it is yet to be evolved and get proper social infra for people to go and stay there.
Yes, thats true Sanjay nagar is just 5-6 km away from raj nagar extension and they have schools like Dehradun school,Norther Textile research association and all.Also DPS Ghaziabad is also there.
