This locality has good connectivity to the capital city as well as to the other important regions of the Delhi-NCR. The current property rates in Sec-73 is around Rs.3400 per sqft.

Q: Sir I booked a flat under NOEMI plan in red apple residency project Raj Nagar extension Ghaziabad in 2013. But it seems that they cannot complete project ever. Extending possession date every 3-4 months.What can I do against these people? Kindly advice.

Latest Answer: Hi Guys, In my point of view, Noida extension is very much ideal destination for residential investment of NCR region. As per me in this area , city center metro line will be extended till eco village through sector -71. Nearby sectors which are approx 10-20mins away from Noida extension are Sector 18, Sector 32 & Sector 62. So location, price, project & connectivity point of view, Noida extension is a better location for both investment & end use.
