has all the amenities like club house, swimming pools, artificial lake,
yoga & meditation garden, waterfall, musical fountain plaza &
garden pavilion, cricket nets, jogging track, 2 tier
security system, 24 hours water supply, basketball court, badminton
court, state-of-the-art-gymnasium, indoor and outdoor recreation
facilities, rain water harvesting, power back-up, aerobics hall etc.

They are quoting price as Rs 2600 per sq ft as the BSP and EDC are extra charges..like club membership and parking charges and taxes.. I would like to add that, they are offering discounts also, like they told me that they can offer Rs 2400 per sq ft BSP, if we book early. Hence you can go for the option. And after a month or so, the price is going to appreciate , due the festivals thats coming in....
