As per my knowledge, Raj Nagar Extension is one of the better-planned cities of Delhi NCR. This area has all the basic amenities like school, college, hospital & banks in its surrounding. Many major infrastructures & houses at affordable price makes it an ideal place for middle class end users hunting for homes. This locality mainly consists of mid-rise apartment.

In my point of view, Raj Nagar Extension is going good enough as it is spread over in 5000 acres in that 2000 acres are in R-zone (residential zone) and in rest 3000 acres it has Golf Course 434 acre, I.T hubs 254 acre , Sports complex 254 acres and lot more so hopefully it will going to be one of the best areas.

In my point of view, this area is very rich in physical infrastructures. As per source it is nice location having all the daily basic needs in & around its vicinity.From educational point of view , major schools like GD Goenka Public School , Delhi Public School Ghaziabad & Kesari Devi Bajaj Public School are near to this area. Colleges like Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology & Institute Of Management Technology are near to this locality.

As per my knowledge, the proposed Rapid Rail Transit System RRTS between New Delhi and Meerut will have stations at Mohan Nagar, a few km away from the locality. The Vaishali Delhi Metro Station is at a distance of few kilometers, providing better connectivity to this location. As per connectivity point of view, location gets good approach like transport, railway, propose metro.

As per source, In year 2011 the average residential property price of this area was 1350/sq-ft. But it increased rapidly in year 2013.After many ups & downs in year,2014 it touched 3250/ sq-ft. This real estate price increment was due to rapid development of major infrastructures & investment of many reputed investors in this area. This is the most appropriate time to invest in this locality as population is coming to live here and this upcoming months will attract lot more residents to stay here.

As per my conversation with builder executive, this project offers 2 BHK & 3 BHK apartment ,area ranging from 1005 sq-ft to 2080 sq-ft . Builder quoted price is around 2600 /sq-ft. The expected possession of this project is December 2017. It spreads over 10.25 acres of area. This project has total 12 Blocks and 17 Floors .
