What is the area of the apartment they are offering and amenities provided? I came to know that the project will be completed by 2016, Is it so?

Yes the project is expected to be completed by third quarter of 2016. The size of the apartments ranges from 1776 Sq.Ft. - 3411 Sq.Ft.

Recently I came to know that the project has got "Best Architectural Design Project of the year" at Bangalore Real Estate Awards 2015, which was organised by Silicon India. All units are eco-friendly and they are expected to receive Gold rating by Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) once the project is completed.

Yes you are right the project has got gold rating by Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). The uniqueness of this project are:

1) Private Jacuzzi for each homes.
2) Rooftop infinity swimming pool and last but not the least
3) Elevated lounge on the 10th floor covering a generous 1735 sqft

Yes the project has got approvals from BBMP. Only HDFC bank is providing home loan for this project.

Even I am interested in this project and had a word with the sales guy, they are telling that the rate of apartments starts from Rs 1.04 crores. The project is expected to get completed by December 2015.
