Hi, looking at the location of the project. it indicates that the price will surely rise up. You can see the project is connected to NH 34 and Noida Greater Noida link road,... the demand of the place will increase in no time due to every good connectivity and hence that will increase the price.. The appreciation will be at least 40% to 50 % after 3 to 4 years.

Hi, i think they have tie up with HDFC banks and they have only approved the project... so you can take loan form this banks..

See, for luxury project they have various modern amenities like Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, Health Facilities, Gymnasium, Indoor Games and as general amenities they are providing 24Hr Backup, Security, Intercom and security cctv..

Hi, you just need to increase your budget a lil bit... they are quoting Rs 4200 per s qft ... and they promised to deliver the project by 2014 march and take another 6 months as grace period to be in a safer side.

Hi, this is a good on going project in Crossing republik, the project was launched in 2008 .. and it offers 3 and 4 bhks which are available. What is the budget you are looking for ?
