All proprty /service given by amrapali is shit. Amrap[ali builder is biggest cheater in NCR. My suggestion to innocent salaried buyer, in any case don't buy any property from Amrapali group

Dear Sir, I advice you not to invest in any of the project of Amrapali. They are the biggest fraud. They will take your money and will not give you what you have paid for. I strongly advice not to go for Amrapali projects. If you want to know more. Search what happened in Amrapali Hanging Garden Project and Amrapali Heartbeat City. Ask them what they promised and what they gave. Ask them if you have refunded the money they have taken in 2010 to the people who invested in Hanging Garden Project which they launched in 2010. What is the status of that project. They will not reply you. I am sure.

Mr Yogendra... the parking charges ,club membership and maintenance charges are extra... Those are not included in the price .. that is Rs 4900 per sq ft.. this is just the BSP... I am talking about phase 1....

Hi, Mr Suneet, there are two phase in this project... which one are you looking for ??? Phase 1 is ready to move in and Phase 2 is almost ready... like it will take time till next year feb or march.. which one are you looking for??

Ok... then phase 1 there are only availability above 10 th floor and they are quoting Rs 4900 per sq ft . For Phase 2 there are availability throughout ..and they are quoting price at Rs 4500 per sq ft...
