Project status

Q: I made total payment in nov 2014 NOC issued .....but still no handover of flat....it was supposed to be handed within two month s.... but 2 yrs have passed.....Amrapali should answer what the hell are they doing after taking money from buyers.....

Thank you all for your suggestions......best i find to step legally.....as they are throwing.....''n' number of reasons for not completing project....we all are ground people and get together all our hard earn money to make house

Hi,
Send a mail to builder if your possession date is over and ask for the possession and if you are not getting any positive reply from the builder side then approach to consumer forum and ask for relief and compensation.

Hi,
Long back, i heard that Mr. Anil Sharma, CMD visited Amrapali Zodiac alone without any other directors or staffs. He visited each and every tower to see the construction condition and patiently listened to residents and assured that by Dec 2016 society will be completed. He also told that a third party is being deputed to complete the remaining work and finishing of common area. Although it is difficult to believe his words but there is hope that thing will move now which was stalled for long time.

Hi Hemant!!
But presently a lot of issues with this project. It does seem to be complete in near future. Even after 2 months of CMD visit, nothing moved in the society. Rates are hardly 4000-4200/sq-ft.. You can visit the society and if you find OK with the current condition then only go for it, that too not above 4200/sq-ft. rates.
