What about the amenities offered in this project ? And which all banks have approvals for home loans ? I hope there is water supply ! Are they giving any discounts or negotiation..for this project ?

The expecetd possession is around December 2013. The lauching price was around Rs 2,850. The Project is located in Sector- 120. Heard that it has good connectivity also.
The site location is very close to FNG (Faridabad Noida and Gaziabad Expressway)and the road on which it lies is under metro station's construction. It is merely 5kms from Metro Station and Sector 50, 2.5 kms from Sector 70, 7 kms from Noida Golf Course, and 9 kms from Sector 18.

The price per sq ft would be around Rs 5,000. The area is around 1100 sq ft for 2 bhk for 3bhk is round 1775 sq ft, and for 4 bhk it would be around 2300. If you are planning to buy, you will get more details when you go for a site visit.
