What about the amenities offered in this project ? And which all banks have approvals for home loans ? I hope there is water supply ! Are they giving any discounts or negotiation..for this project ?

Project has various amenities like Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, Health Facilities, 24Hr Backup, Security, Intercom, Club House, Wifi, Cafeteria, Broadband Internet, Tennis Court, Gymnasium, Bank/Atm, Basket Ball Court etc. Bank such as all private banks have approval. If you talk to builder directly ..you can have negotiation on the prices.

When is the expected possession date ? What was the lauching price ? Which all units are available currently ? How is the approachability of the project ?

The expecetd possession is around December 2013. The lauching price was around Rs 2,850. The Project is located in Sector- 120. Heard that it has good connectivity also.

The site location is very close to FNG (Faridabad Noida and Gaziabad Expressway)and the road on which it lies is under metro station's construction. It is merely 5kms from Metro Station and Sector 50, 2.5 kms from Sector 70, 7 kms from Noida Golf Course, and 9 kms from Sector 18.

Thanks for the information Supratim. Can you tell me some more details about the project. What is the price per sq ft and how much is the area of 2bhk, 3bhk and 4bhk ?? I m looking for 2 bhk...so is it available ?

The price per sq ft would be around Rs 5,000. The area is around 1100 sq ft for 2 bhk for 3bhk is round 1775 sq ft, and for 4 bhk it would be around 2300. If you are planning to buy, you will get more details when you go for a site visit.

Amrapali Zodia is one of the popular residential developments in Sector-120, It has good connectivity to Delhi Metro and fast exit routes to Delhi and NCR. When are you planning to buy ?
