As far as I know there will be around 133 exclusively designed villas in this project. The rate per sqft they are quoting is rs 13,100 which is not negotiable.

You may face problem in getting home loan for BIAAPA approved project but Nitesh Estate is one of the reputed builder so I do not think there will be any problem or home as well as for investment. All the major banks are providing home loan for this project.
