Hi Guys,
I am a first time investor. I am very much concern about pricing of this sector-119. May I know price trend of this sector ? I came to know that there is no proper improvement in this price trend !!!!! Kindly provide me some info.

As per my knowledge, Sector 119 is a very premium residential sector with decent residential environment. In year 2010 Oct-Dec, the average residential price was around 2550/sq-ft. After many ups & downs this price is now touched around 6000/sq-ft in January 2015. This average residential price is showing improvement. Investors & developers are interested in this sector & this sector is becoming a good deal for end users too.

As per my knowledge , it is well connected by over FNG Expressway and good connectivity to Delhi, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and Gurgaon. It is just 6 km away from currently operated Metro Station , driving distance of 10-15 minutes and the commercial hub of Noida, Sector-18, is just a short drive away and Fortis Hospital at sector 62, one of NCR's premium hospitals is just 5 minutes away.

Hi, you have Noida City Center metros station just 4 km away from the project..and this is a main road project, hence there will not be any issues about connectivity.

Yes there are availability for 3 BHK.. sizes available are 1050 sq ft and 1350 sq ft respectively. The price they have quoted is Rs 3999 per sq ft...
