Are they giving any discounts or negotiations ? When is the expected possession date ? Are they providing cauvery water connection or bore-wells ?

Hi Gajendra, currently no discounts are given but you can have a talk for negotiations. The expected possession date will be by dec 2013. No cauvery water connection is there, but they are providing bore-wells i.e ground water.

Hello currently following plots are available..i.e 30*40, 30*50. The price for 30*40 will be around 7.20 lakhs and for plot 30*50 will be around 7.50 lakhs. The plot area for 30*40 is 1200 sq ft and for 30*50 is 1500 sq ft.

@Abdul Zafar: Yes this project is approved by DTCP. Banks such as HDFC, LIC, Axis bank have approvals for home loans.
