Sarjapur Road lacks in basic amenities like water and sanitation. Cauvery water is not available and ground water table taking a nosedive, residents are dependent on water tankers from other parts of the city. Garbage is another headache for the residents. With the BBMP not taking effective steps to get rid of the garbage on the roadside and from residential apartments on a day-to-day basis, the state of sanitation looks grim.
Currently an Express Link Road between Sirsi Circle and Agra is under construction. With Whitefield being a major station along the second phase of the Namma Metro Rapid Transit System, Sarjapur is slated to see an enormous growth in the near future.
This is a very old layout. Yesterday I visited it and could not see any villa construction started. It is just lying like a barren land with tarred roads. I suspect something wrong in the project approval.

Hi Kanthi...The rates are like 30x40 Sq.ft Plots is around 1200 sq ft would be for 16 lakhs. Almost all are sold out only two plots are available. Both of plots are of 1200 sq ft pricing 17 lakhs and 16 lakhs.
@Balwinder: This project is approved by BMRDA. No, currenly they are not providing any discounts or negotiations since the rates of the plots are reasonable.
