I am bit confused whether to invest in this project or not because the project and plan is very good but the only connecting road to the property leads to the HAL airport road, which is tremendously congested at peak hours. Which can be a big issue in the future if the roads are not widened.

As far as I know the project is expected to get completed by end of 2014. 77⁰ East is Bangalore's only master planned "Livable Luxury" gated community within city limits , with only 77 pre-designed & customised private residences.
