Prestige Lakeside is a mixed development which is spread over more then 100 acres of land. The project is known to be approved by BDA. There will be 3426 apartments and 271 villas. The project will have 11 blocks and 24 towers.

They are saying that it will take 4years from date of commencement. The BDA approval is under process. The project will offer amenities like 24 hrs security system, uninterrupted water supply, round-the-clock power back up, 5 Swimming pools and 5 clubhouses (Theme- Disney Land)

2.5 BHK - Booking amount- 4lacs
3 BHK - 5lacs
4 BHK - 7.5 lacs

Booking amount for Villa - 10 lacs

G+29 floors will be there and the project will have 2 BHK : 1100-1350, 2000 sqft, 2.5 BHK : 1350 sqft, 3 BHK : 1650-2321 sqft, 3 BHK DUPLEX : 2210 sqft, 3 BHK with Family : 2485,2538 sqft, 4 BHK : 2830,2882 sqft and Villas : 3130,3117,4003,4033,4934,4827 sqfts. The project will have 3426 apartments and 271 Villas.

For Apartment
2 BR - Rs. 4,770/sqft
3 BR - Rs. 5,220/sqft
4 BR - Rs. 5,400/sqft
Floor increase : Rs. 15/- per floor

For Villa:
A type villa : Rs. 7,650/- per sqft
B type villa : Rs. 7,750/- per sqft
C type villa : Rs. 8,000/- per sqft
Floor increase : Rs. 15/- per floor

This is incorrect. There are 3,4 BHKs available at Rs. 4700.sqft too. The price of an apartment depends in which it will be built. All types 2,3,4 BHKs are available in Phase 1 where the price is Rs. 4700.
