The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 3600 and the rate they were quoting after the launch was Rs 3500.In these months they have increased only Rs 100. I do not think you can expect that much appreciation. If you want to invest you can go for North Bangalore and you can expect very good appreciation as well.
