What is the current rate per sqft they are quoting? What is your feedback about the locality for investment purpose? Can I except good appreciation?

The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 3600 and the rate they were quoting after the launch was Rs 3500.In these months they have increased only Rs 100. I do not think you can expect that much appreciation. If you want to invest you can go for North Bangalore and you can expect very good appreciation as well.

If you want to move in straight. you can conisder Mantri Alpyne at Banashankari, Salarpuria Melody at Mysore Road. If you are ok to wait for 2-3 years. You can consider Nitesh Ceasers Palace at Kanakapura Road, Mantri Serenity at Kanakapura Road.

The current residential property rate in the locality is between Rs. 3750-4150/sq-ft.

This project is located in JP Nagar. Just opposite to Vinayka Theatre..must be just 2kms from the project. Yes this project is approved by BBMP. The total price for 2bhk is around Rs 64.76 lakhs for size 1164-1466 sq ft and 3bhk is 81.94 lakhs for 1559-1846 sq ft.
