It is advisable to go for properties having A Khatha as in case of B Khatha you are not entailed to have building license, trade licence or loan from banks or any other financial transactions. B Khata is a temporary measure which will allow you to buy or sell a site, but you will face problems when you go for construction.
Is the Builder reputed? what are his other projects and its reviews? when is the building going to be totally ready to occupy I mean including amenities?

Hi Monica, the current price per sq ft is around Rs 4,958. This total price for 3bhk is around Rs 81.06 lakhs for 1674 sq ft. They also provide 2bhk and 4bhk. The price for 2bhk is Rs 59.79 for 1206 sq ft and for 4bhk is Rs 99.46 lakhs for 2079 sq ft.
