What is the current price going on in this project and what is the status of the project? I s the builder going to provide OC, CC an A Khata for this project?

Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 4600 and it is a ready to move in project. Yes the builder is going to provide Occupancy Certificate, Completion Certificate and A Khata

The price of the apartments ranges from Rs 58 lakhs to Rs 61.06 lakhs. Banks like LIC, SBI, AXIS, ICICI, HDFC are offering home loan for this project. The project has also got approvals from BBMP.
