Hey Rameswari...this project was launched two and half years back and the launching price was Rs 1,800. Now the current price is Rs 3,000. By seeing the price difference it is clear that you can get good returns in future because every week the prices are going up.

@rAMESWARI : Banks such as HDFC, Axis bank, ICICI, almost all leading financial institutions have approvals for home loans in this project. THis project is located in near begur road, JP Nagar at 5th phase.

@Priotosh : Have you got any idea about the cauvery water connection ? Are they providing bore-wells ? How many bore-wells are there in this project ?

No Rameswari... they are not giving any discounts but you can have a conversation with the builder for further negotiations. Since the project is almost sold out, I don't think so they will give any discounts.

Yes you are right, normaly they wont give any discounts becuase one of my friend also bought one flat here, even she didn't get any discounts but negotiation is possible.

Hello Rajkumar, as far as I know this project is almost sold out, only few are left. The completion date is June 2014 given by the builder. Are you planning to buy ? Which unit are you looking for ?

@Rameswari : Hey that's great, when are your plans to visit the site ? Yes this project is approved by BBMP. This project includes 2bhk and 3bhk. The price for 2bhk and 3bhk would come around Rs 40 lakhs for size 880-1460 sq ft.
