The project is still not completed, any idea when they are planning to give the possession and how much is the booking amount.

The project will get completed by June 2016 and you have to pay 25% on booking and rest on possession. No EMI and No Pre EMI.

The current price per sqft the builder is quoting is Rs 5590. Banks like SBI, AXIS, HDFC, ICICI, and Major Financial Institutions has approved the project. So you can take loan from any of these banks.

I am planning to buy a 3 bhk apartment in Assetz East Point. But they are quoting more then 1 crores. Do you think it is worth buy a flat in this high price? Let me know you opinion.

Yes I feel it is worth buy a flat in this project in this price because of the location and configuration of Assetz Homes East Point. This Project is worth for that price. Moreover Marathalli ORR is always a Real Estate Investors Hub. :)
