Hello, I am also considering buying apartment here in Platinum lifestyle. When I spoke to marketing team there, they mention about "Occupancy Certificate" still not received for this project. As per my understanding without Occupancy Certificate we can't take possession of flats. Is that right?

@Balwinder Singh : This project includes 2bhk and 3bhk. The price for 2bhk is around Rs 45 - 50 lakhs for size 1020-1120 sq ft. The price for 3bhk is around Rs 51-63 lakhs for 1150-1470 sq ft.
