Q: Plaaning to buy a flat from Unishire projects. But happen to see few reviews from customers pointing out the troubles and faults with the builders regarding land , refunding and so on... Need to get a true picture about the builder. Hoping for some advice.
Unishire is cheater.their Wynn towers or Elan are still in pre-launch stage.its 420 company I have audio records of this company holding payment of customers. If you visit the site they put as proposed project and collect money. Now if u go Wynn towers they have come with new plan of single bed room 2bhk and 3 Bhuj.as 1bhk is affordable they can cheat customer by collecting huge money. Pls message me on wien_s2001@yahoo.co.in I can provide evidence how they cheat you. I am one of the victim of this company.
Guys...not able to relate to any of the comments here...iam a software engineer from Dubai and i invested with Unishire after enquiring a lot and my personal visit... And im very happy too...the project progress has been good and i am in touch with the team regularly
Prabhu which project u invested.you are already in their trap. They say everything is smooth as you are in dubAi. Your flight charges from Dubai to Bangalore will comprimise to wait for ages.200 to 300 flats construction took around 7 years,now they are about to complete. They understood Dubai candidate you are and trapped you. I am telling with personal experience beliwve me. I am sure Unishire will put in property meal I shall distribute the allotment letters of Unishire how they cheat ppl.its been 2 years no approvals,they don't know basics how ch land has to be left for construction and they never get approvals and waste money and time of innocent ppl. They are cheque ounces cases .
They are planning for single bed room flat in their plan to target low income ppl money and cheat them. Pls be alert.when some guy got cheated its me, he will try to save ppl hard earned money. I am also executive in Mnc in manufacturing unit.i want to educate ppl through common floor regarding Unishire 420 company. If you guys don't trust me I can give few property agents and evidence how they cheat you.
Hi Ford ... I have invested in Unishire Terraza and I don't agree about you saying that I am trapped or ppl living in Dubai can be made fool and all... I Visit Bangalore every 6 months and have couple of more investments with other well known builders too n everything is going as i had planned. I did check the link you had shared and to me this highlights one side of the story as my side of transactions with this builder and other builders where i have my investments have being very smooth and reliable..
My Friend Prabhu you might be VIP customer to them as they could not find Dubai customer so far who can pay amount easily without knowing the true colours of 420 company.To be very frank i am neither any builder nor agent, just an employeee in private manufacturing company who had bad experiecne with this cheaters.Normally A grade builders itself you face minumum acceptable level of bad experience(i mean not all projects)but this builder is horrible. How can you wait for years with this builder who does not stay on the word what he commited?. His allotments letters he does not value and once if you are in trap everything is gone. That day you start getting different health wealth issues.No peace of mind. Entire family will be in trouble. I have passed that situation.So i strongly recomend never think of commiting any of the unishire properties veny at cheap rates, as the date of completion ,quality of construction and experience with this guys is nightmare.
Well said Ford, had a tough time with them. Happy that I was they victim for just 1 year and some how escaped. Wynn Tower is not yet approved, but they started cheating long back with this project.
They are the WORST.. It is better to cancel your allotment (if you have booked a flat) and invest your hard-earned money in a better project. Unishire is not longer going to be Unishire as they are bankrupt and are evading payment to many customers. All their projects are on hold in Bangalore because of lack of funds (however, they blame it on RERA registration cost).
As per Prabhu (Chennai's) comment - Stop supporting Unishire. You are not a real customer as the Terraza project is just 100 mts from my house and nothing is happening there right now. Forget about construction progress, there are no workers at the location itself. The apartment next to Terraza (constructed by another developer) is already in the finishing stage.

Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 5200. The price of the apartment rages from Rs 65 lakhs to Rs 1.12 crores. The expected possession is by 2016 on wards.
We all know the Unishire is well known real estate company in Bangalore since 1987. Don’t go with just few negative feedbacks there are lots of people including me who can assure you that Unishire is the right place for invest your money. So in my opinion go for it.
I agree with you :) :) How is Bannerghatta locality from investment prospect? Can I expect good appreciation? When is the expected possession of the project?
Hi Ravindra, As far as i know the project is expected to get completed by 2016. Bannerghatta Road is witnessing rise in residential and commercial real estate. Many real estate developers invested their money in the locality. There was a rise in the sale of property in the locality which has led to a rise in average capital values along the stretch. The real estate is slowly growing in this locality so if you are planning to invest in this locality invest now you can expect appreciation only after 3-4 years.

Hi Rohith, As far as I know Unishire Developers is one of the well known developers in the real estate industry. They have successfully completed projects and also delivered the projects om time.
can u be more specific which project or projects were delivered in time so that ppl can go and check and can conclude whether the reviews provided by me are trash.
Dear Ford, It sounds like you have had a horrible experience with Unishire; however, the rest (inlcuding me) were fortunate not to face any instances as such. I am personally very happy with the construction progress (which is shown on their website in photos), quality and customer service they provide except one guy in the CRM department. Overall, I cant compain to be honest.
