This is 420 company.tthis project site if you visit,the work is not in full swing.still 5th floor they are on if you compare other builders the Mahindra has started very late they are yet to finish 6th floor. They don't have money.they are still trying to sell the flats , ppl know Unishire reputation and might have not taken or Unishire might be just taking the money from customers showing wrong flats.pls don't go with this builder, property agents are itself saying Unishire property we don't suggest.i can give list of property agents who don't suggest Unishire because of bad reputation fraud.

Guys this is 420 company. I would say if they give you 1800 soft flat for rs1000/Sft in the heart of city don't trust.you will never get apt in hand . You will get Bp sugar and all diseases for the money you invested. When u call this guys for project start status money refund they will say 30 minutes they will update u. Diwakar Shetty is either employee or marketing agent who is giving false statements. Max 1 or 2 projects are about to complete. Pls ask Diwakar Shetty to list out 20 projects if at they have completed.i came to know to complete 1 project in north Bangalore it took 7 years to bring to final stages of completion of 272 flats.unishire is 420 company. They mention in allot ment letter saying that allot letter is. Valid for 7 days. How come allotment letter valid for 7 days after complete payment of money. And they mention I case Unishire fails to receive necessary approval they pay 12 % interest until they receive approvals..this allotment letter itself is of fraud contradictory statements. How can u trust such company my friends.diwakar Shetty is cheating guys who are planning to buy apt by giving false information.i am against Unishire because of my bad experience with Unishire cheating innocent ppl.guys it's worth not having house rather than giving money to Unishire, because u wont.
According to my knowledge, Unishire has completed and handed over close to 20 Projects in Bangalore and the builder is also trustworthy. I feel offered Price Rs. 4500 per square feet is quite competitive.

@Neeraj : The price for 2bhk will be around Rs 55.35L - 57.60L for 1266 sq ft, for 3bhk it would be around Rs 68.85L - 87.75L for 1530 - 1950 sq ft. The booking charges will be around 3lakhs.
