Hi Tanuja, Yeah SBI has not approved the project but you can visit your nearest SBI bank and check if they are ready to approve home loan for this project. Legal issues are not there.
The project is located at Harlur road, off. Sarjapur road, Bangalore. Harlur is a very prime location to live for and have good connectivity to other parts of the city by ORR, E- city and Sarjapur road.. The area is very safe to stay with a family. But the only disadvantage is that the area is having a very narrow roads which might create traffic congestion in the future when the area is fully developed.
Yes there is a cemetery close by.... but Prestige Ferns Residency is the closest residential option to the major IT/ITES Hubs in Bangalore. Are you planning to buy an apartment in this project????
Beware - there is a cemetery close by. not a good idea for high rise building. the adjacent high rise reputed builder owners are also affected and having fights with the builder as the property value has gone down. and the view looks ugly. People have to stand in the balcony and watch the last ritual .. people crying... not nice at all.

Yeah sure Navneet.... The project is approved by BBMP and the estimated possession date of the project is by 2015 onwards as they are going to give possession tower wise. There will be total of 1324 apartments and 22 towers will be there. 18 towers of 15 level and 4 towers of 19 level.
The project is spread over 25 acres of land. Phase I will have 20 towers with 1206 apartments and Phase II will have 2 towers with 118 apartments. As said by Manjunath about the price of the apartment, they are also going to charge Rs 15 for floor rise and Rs 50 or Rs 100 for premium apartments
All the leading banks are proving home loan for this project. The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 5800. The price of an apartment in Prestige Fern Residency starts from Rs 68 lakhs.
