How is this JP Nagar locality? How is the connectivity and infrastructure in this locality?

J. P. Nagar or Jaya Prakashnarayan Nagar is a beautiful residential locality situated in the southern part of Bengaluru. Amidst the homely atmosphere, you’ll find a variety of houses here. Because of its close proximity to major residential areas like Banashankari, Jayanagar, Bannerghatta Road, and BTM Layout. The infrastructure is good too with parks, wide roads and excellent water supply from Bangalore Water Supply And Sewerage Board (BWSSB). It has excellent connectivity to the rest of the city and has some water bodies in the vicinity too.

Hi Jignesh : This project is very near to Brigade Millieum whichis just 1km to the project. Bank of Baroda colony is also near. The booking charges is around Rs 2 lakhs.

@Bhaskaran :This project was launched at Jan 2012 and the launching price Rs 4,800. The price for 2bhk is around Rs 67.98 lakhs for 245-1320 sq ft, 3bhk is around Rs 82.95-85.50 lakhs for 1580-1710 sq ft.

And what about the cauvery water connection ? Are they providing bore-wells ?? Is the project approved ??

Hi Rakesh, Mahaveer Riviera by Mahaveer Group is located in JP Nagar, 5th phase. This project has tie up with few banks such as ICICI, LIC, SBI, HDFC, Axis bank can provide you home loans. The current price per sq ft will be around Rs 5,200.
