This review is for the"BIG SKY SHELTER" and property "Dolphin Dew" in Panathur. These guys are FAKE ..yes read it FAKE and they just want to waste your time , efforts and money. If you want to waste your hard earned money and want to invest your time running behind these ass**** then please go ahead and deal with them. I decided to cancel the deal for the sole reason that i didnt want to waste my time behind these morons , i have better things to do in life. I am still waiting for my cancelled money to be cleared till date(cheque has bounced for me too).
Advantages of Bellandur: The area is well developed and it is good for end use. The area is very close to offices like Prestige Teck Park, Insoft Technologies and many other business parks. Balladur is easily assessable by Sarjapur road, Outer Ring Road and Yemalur road. New Horizon Gurukul, Gear Innovative, Delhi Public School, Vibgjyor High International School which are some of the reputed schools within a radius of 5kms to 6 kms. You have nearby hospitals like: Dr. Levine Memorial Hospital, Yashomati Hospital, New Akshay Mallya Hospital, Dr. Sunny Medical Centre which are with 4kms to 5 kms radius.US Pizza, Grills and Gravy, Chatoree, Posh Palates, Palki's, Punjabi Times and Bakasur are some of the good restaurants in Bellandur.
Disadvantages of Bellandur:
a) Proper road are not there
b) During the peak time you can face traffic
c) Airport is very far from Bellandur
d) Encroachments problem is there
e) Mosquitoes are there
As a whole the area is good for staying and end use. :)
There will be only 39 apartments in this project offering only 2 bhk apartments with built up area of 1112 sq. ft. You can expect higher profits in future as it is located at a great developing neighborhood close to the civic amenities of the metropolis.

@Yogendra: No currently they are not providing any discounts but If you talk to the builder he may do some negotiations. Yes they provide cauvery water connection and 2 bore-wells as well. The completion date will be by dec 2013.

Yes Yogendra...the project is approved by DTCP Approved , BBMP , BESCOM , BWSSB , KSPCB , BSNL , A Khata , BMRDA , FIRE NOC. Banks such as HDFC, AXis bank, LIC, SBI have approvalss for home loans in this project.
Hey one of my friend told me the project was launched one year back as far as I remember. The current price per sq ft is around Rs 3,500. He told the price is affordable.

Hello Bhargav, I recently had a visit to the site. The construction is just 75 per over. Yes it is almost sold out. but you can get for resale. I think one 2bhk is available for resale. Dolphin Dew by Winning Edge Group is located in a Premium Apartment complex viz. Diamond District on Airport Road, near JP Murugan, JCR Layout, Panathur.
