Visited Aditya World City site few months back. It is about 10-12 Kms from Shipra Mall in Indirapuram. Lot of projects in vicinity, Wave being the nearest. Construction is on go with internal works. Lower basement with pillars of upper basement for 2 towers is ready and Possession is expected by 2015 December for all 6 towers.

The current price quoted by the developer is Rs. 3350/sq-ft. whereas the current loality price trending between Rs. 3100/sq-ft.

@krishna the project is located just 1 km away from NH 24 and you also have a proposed metro station within 3 km. It will come up in Lal Kuan! So I think till the time project will be delivered the area will be fully developed with small roads also!

hm Krishna the project will 2 and half years for completion! Dost the project is good and have great value in real estate market due to the brand and price provided! I feel very good for end use and investment!

Yes Chabi the project is approved by banks and concerned authorities . The banks from which you can home loan are SBI,Punjab Sindh and HDFC. You can also ask them about the EMI scheme!

Hi Ankita they are quoting Rs 5890 per sq ft and this is not inclusive price. you have to pay the registration and maintenance fee differently!

Yes the project's is tough to get, but the project was launched long back.. in 2012 feb or so.. The sales executive is bit ajjeb! although looking at the information given .. i feel the project is worth buying for end use! They are offering 2-3 bhks with sizes ranges between 858-1299 sq ft.
