Hmm Arpit the project is surrounded by Yamuna Expressway, F1 track within 1.5 kms . The project also has many commercial and industrial sectors nearby., You also have a proposed metro may be ! There are a lot of malls coming up in this sector!

Sure Mr Mathur.. the price they are quoting is Rs 2800+EDC per sq ft. The price is in lower range! This is the price they lasted booked at! The re sale price will be more! Almost all the units are sold out!

Guys i think this is a good project for end use, because it has all the faculties... . It offers 2 bhk, 3 bhk and 4 bhk apartments in an area ranging between 984 sq ft to 2191 sq ft. Located at Chi-V Road in Greater Noida (Yamuna Expressway). Location has an excellent connectivity with other major places in the city. This residential development has an excellent infrastructure with outstanding contemporary interiors. Public places like Shopping Malls, Entertainment centers, Schools and Hospitals is in a close proximity.

Hi Vrinda yes there are availability for 3 bhk. The available sizes are 1267 sq ft and they are quoting Rs 42 lac. This is not inclusive all registration and parking charges. You have to pay the price differently!

Sure Vrinda Banks like HDFC,DHFL and LIC have approved the project, you can take home loan from them! I guess they will provide 80% home loan . You also have payment schedules, have a word with the sales executive , he will guide u through!
