Dont go with Artha. I booked in 2011 and still no possession. They allowed others to change villa layout. When I asked for same, they said it was not possible but now i can see same requested changes done for other villas.

Hey Neeraj, Any comment on how is Attibele locality for investment purpose and what is the price trends going on in this locality?

Attibele is a periphery and panchayat town in Anekal taluk, Bangalore. The region has easy access to most of the locality in the city. It is accessible through Roadways via buses. It is barely It is 35 km from Bangalore and 5 km from Hosur on NH 7. The Real Estate has been also blooming slowly and steadily. In the July-Sep quarter of 2013, the property price appreciated to Rs 2607 per sq. ft.

A 2 BHK with 613 sq ft will cost you Rs 18.39 lakhs approx. The project is known to approved by BMRDA and banks like HDFC, Axis, SBI, ICICI and State Bank of Mysore
