The amenities provided by the project are 24/7 Water Supply, Swimming Pool, Gymnasium, Badminton/Tennis Court, Community Party Area, Kids Play Area(swing & slide) , Garden/Park, Rainwater Harvesting/Water Treatment. The project is 15 minutes away from the project. The project has good connectivity!

Sure Huda the project is approved by DTCP and all leading banks have approved the project. You can have a word with the sales executive for the home loan.

Yes sure the possession date of the project is expected to be in 2016 end or so... like they said they will take another 2 and half years for the completion.

Hi Mr Khan this is a luxury project located in Sector 111. They are offering 3-5 bhks. They are quoting Rs 10,000 per sq ft for 3 bhks and Rs 12,000-13,000 per sq ft.
