As far as I know for now only Axis bank is offering home loan for this project up to 90 percent. Banks like SBI, HDFC and LIC approvals is under process. The project is also approved by BMRDA.

Yes they launched the project last month and they are going to start the construction work by first week of December. The expected possession date of the project is by 2015 June.
@Balaji, The real estate market in this stretch is fast developing and lot of projects are coming up in this belt by reputed builders like Confident group, Artha Property, DS Max Properties, Indya Estate, Smart Spaces and Global Developers. There are many reputed schools over there and even Wipro and Infosys SEZ is coming up. You can expect a good return after 3 to 4 years.
