Q: Hi Friends,

I seen Prestige Group they have already started a project in Sarajapur having both Commercial and Residential Projects in a surroundings of 130 ACRE. Definitely this area will grow like anything. I am very much lucky to have a flat in Shriram Smrithi because it is on the main road having good connectivity with all the Major IT Hubs and School Facility.

I also agree with Aneek also, Because t is a fast-developing part of Bangalore with ideal roads connecting to the key IT clusters like Whitefield, Electronic City, Outer Ring Road, Marathahalli and Koramangala. The Vivansaa Group is one of the best rest estate company in Bangalore, Here we have Apartments for rent and sale with all facilities.

I agree with Mr Ankit. Sarjapur road is one of the fast developing localities in Bangalore with good connectivity to IT hubs. It is just 45 km from Bangalore International Airport and 15 km from Kempegowda Bus Station (Majestic Station) and Bangalore City Railway station. Apart from this, the metro lines are under construction, which would give easy access to various parts of the city

Hey Ankit, thanks for the information. Can you tell me what is the name of the project by Prestige Group and what is the per sqft rate going on in Shriram Smrithi?

@Neha, Shriram Smrithi is one of the brightest projects there are in real estate today in sarjapur attibele road. As far as I know the rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 3000 do not know if they have increased the price.
