I seen Prestige Group they have already started a project in Sarajapur having both Commercial and Residential Projects in a surroundings of 130 ACRE. Definitely this area will grow like anything. I am very much lucky to have a flat in Shriram Smrithi because it is on the main road having good connectivity with all the Major IT Hubs and School Facility.

Q: I’m among the first few customers who booked an apartment at Shriram Smrithi. We have been to our apartment and we are delighted to see the beautiful visuals from almost all of our balconies. Shriram makes us wake up to a beautiful scenery every morning. Now, we are confident that it will become one of the best places to stay.

Latest Answer: According to me I eel it is a reasonably good investment. If you take into consideration the project location, price, facilities and builder reputation of the builder. :D
