Thanks Darshan, I do not know much about the quality of work by Sri Srinivasa Developers.
Currently in that location, I released there is water problem and connection of cauvery water is yet to come. Roads traffic is not smooth due to road conditions and frequent traffic jams. I believe water, roads & other problem would get resolved in due course but main thing is to ensure confidence on the builder. Rs 3200 per sqft is high currently, please suggest what should be the correct price in that locality (Devasandra, KR Puram).
Does anyone has idea on other properties coming up in this area, I got to know about Pavithra Olympus by Pavithra Builders & Developers.
I feel it is worth investing in this project and the rate seems to be ok. the project has been approved by BBMP and all the major banks.
