Hi Sheetal, it seems you are not update with Sagga's position, Builder is in Police custoday now since from Oct'15, Project is about to get cancelled by Sagga, we are just worrying about our hard earned money.
Hi, I had booked a flat through Indiahomes in Sohna Gurgaon in September 2014. They had issued me a credit note for 1,86000 but have not honoured the credit note as yet. They have been giving a lot of excuses and most of the time do not pick the call or bother to respond. It seems that they will not honour the credit note. Please advise what legal action that can be taken against them.
Is there any solution for it or not. Developer is custody because of their act but what is our fault? We never thought that our money will stuck like that. Please update is there is any current update on it. Thanks....
Did any of you guys check the agreement copy of the builder with society ? The last update i got was they were about to get a commencent certificate post elections. Doesnt seem there is any progress.
I have visited the kurar site office , however not the borivali main office . Has anyone directly met the builder or corporate office employees ?
It mentioned that project will complete by December,2016. But what is current status. Saaga Builder has undertaken the construction job. They are handling many such project in Mumbai. Can you provide details of completed project of the said builder. If one more year is also taken for completion there is no problem but it should be completed.
