What is the advantage of this project? How is Bannerghatta for investment purpose?

Sattva Clarinet being located on the main road is one of its biggest advantages, the project is approximately 3.5KM far from IIM Bangalore and 1.6 KM far from the NICE Road exit.

The real estate is slowly growing in this locality so if you are planning to invest in this locality invest now you can expect appreciation only after 3-4 years.

What is the booking amount and other additional charges?

I think as a booking amount you have to pay Rs 5 lakhs. Other additional charges are as follows:
Car Park: Rs 3 lacs
Clubhouse: Rs 75,000
Generator :Rs 75,000
Gas Piping: Rs 25,000
Floor Rise: Rs30 per sq.ft.
Courtyard / Pool Facing units: Rs150 per sq.ft.
Maintenance Deposit: Rs116 per sq.ft

The project is spread over 2.5 acres of land. It will have 161 units and it is a G+18 structure. Salarpuria Sattva Clarinet will have 3 towers namely Octo, Allegro and Alto. Alto tower offers 4 floors of retail spaces and 14 floors of residential units.

Which all banks have approval for home loans in this project ?? Is the project approved ? Can you mention the unit price ?

@Rubiya: Banks such as SBI, ICICI, HDFC, are having approval for this project. The project is approved by BBMP.

As far as I know the project was launched august 2013, the launching price was Rs 5,290. The price for 3bhk is Rs 99.86 for 1819 - 2150 sq ft.

@Rajkumar : this project is located in Bannerghatta Road. The nearest landmark would be Beckphnlon Company and Meenakshi Temple which is quite famous there, it would be just 1km from the project.
