We are planning to buy a flat in Golden Grand. Heard lots of negative news around the builders. It seems that most of the flats are sold, but the property does not give us a sense of confidence. Further reading reviews on this portal, makes it even more difficult to come to a conclusion on the purchase. Anybody can help please?
Hi all, This project has been approved by all state banks, I have availed loan from nationalized state bank of India. For sure, the project had some issues earlier and the project was stopped. But once the JMF funded we were really interested in the project and bought one. Really happy with work progress and yes the much awaited CLUB HOUSE work has been started.
Same here. Was very confused to buy one here. Also lots of negative reviews about the project. But work came to halt for 5 years as it was a recession time and many face same heat. Lots of other builders like brigade, sobha, mantri overcame this cos they had enough funds. N this poor golden gate builder left with no choice but to stop the work. N once this JMF came into picture n funded 200cr. , that was the moment we were interested in the project. Now I can say we are a happy owner of GG and work progress is going on a good pace
Hi there, This is the worst builders. There customer servicing is horrible. I wasted 1 month running around to buy a property here. Very head weight people. Their are lot cases against the builder. You will repent for buying here.
Hey Pulvi, Why did you cross check before investing in this project? Did you get your money back or the builder is going to give some compensation for the delay?

Hi Amarnath, You will never get a precise completion date from the builder. You are wasting your time and energy and money if you are planning to buy a flat here under this builder. He has worst possible attitude. They said when they started in 2007, it will be completed in 2010. It is 2014 and still not completed. Project was stand still for 5 yrs as they invested the publics money somewhere else. Many banks have cancelled to finance them. Now some bombay based private financier is financing them. You will burn your fingers if you buy it through them. This is my personal experience.
