The locality of Yeshwanthpur is an industrial-cum-residential area located in the northwestern part of Bangalore. It is a part of the Bangalore Urban District in the state of Karnataka. The area is also progressing with many upcoming modern residential projects that are highly sought after. The infrastructural developments in the area will serve to better the connectivity between Yeswanthpur and Bangalore city.

What is the current rate per sqft going on in this project? Is the project ready to move and what about the approvals?

As per my knowledge, the rate per sqft going on is Rs 7250. BBMP and all the leading banks have approved the project. The project got completed this year only

@Aneek : Units such as 2bhk, and 3bhk. The price for 2bhk is Rs 84.50L - 87.36L for 1300 - 1344 sq ft, and for 3bhk it would be around Rs 1.04 cr - 1.46 cr for 1600 - 2260 sq ft.

@Aneek : Hi the project is good for investments as you can get good returns in future. I liked the location. Amenities such as Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, Badminton Court, Gymnasium, Indoor Games, Basket Ball Court, Community Hall etc are offerd in the project.
