As per my knowledge , Satya group has launched this service apartment project on sector 47 . This sector is considered as one of the most well planned & well developed sector in Gurgaon. This sector is situated close to Satpaul Mittal Marg, Netaji Subhas Marg & Sohna-Gurgaon road. Malibu Town, Pragati Hills Society & Kenwood are the major infrastructures in this sector.

As per my knowledge,This project spread across 3 acres of land it has two blocks A & B. Currently 11500/sq-ft is the price quoted by builder.
